What is the turnaround time on work performed?

In order to ensure seamless workflow and deliverables, we kindly ask our clients to provide any specific requirements or turnaround time expectations while delegating the tasks to their dedicated Team Member.

At Lawfecta, our Team Members diligently serve multiple clients simultaneously and therefore are not immediately available on-call. We value each client's needs, and as such, every Team Member maintains a thorough workflow to optimally cater to all tasks. This involves allocating up to 48 hours to prioritize their workload and respond to any correspondence received. Clients will be informed of the estimated turnaround time for each individual project by their dedicated Team Member. To facilitate smooth operations, we request clients to communicate any specific requirements or expectations regarding turnaround time at the time of assigning the task to their Team Member.

In the event that a high-priority task, classified as 'emergency services', needs to be completed within a 24-48 hour window or over the weekend, an additional fee may apply. This is to cater for the increased demand and urgent nature of such tasks. Please rest assured that any such potential fee adjustment will be clearly communicated and agreed upon in writing prior to any charge being levied.
