Flex Retainer: Our Flex Retainer allows you to have a 'pay-as-you-go' model, giving you the flexibility to use the time as and when your needs demand. The minimum deposit for a Flex Retainer is 5 hours, and these hours can be utilized anytime within sixty (60) days from the date of deposit or until the hours are exhausted, whichever occurs first. The rates for our services under the Flex Retainer plan are $75.00 per hour for Paralegal services and $50.00 per hour for Legal Secretary services.

Subscription Retainer: Our Subscription Retainer provides you with the guarantee of a dedicated Team Member's availability at a significantly reduced weekly rate. This plan offers assured assistance for any requirement, be it 2.5 hours a week or 40 hours a week. Subscription Retainers operate on a week-to-week basis and require a Credit Card Authorization on file for automatic processing of the recurring weekly charge. Each Subscription Package deposit is available for work to be performed against for up to seven (7) days from the deposit date or until exhausted, whichever occurs first. Subscription packages start at 2.5 hours per month. Rates under this plan are as low as $65.00 per hour for Paralegal services and $40.00 per hour for Legal Secretary services.
