How do you track time?

Each time your Team Member performs work pertaining to your account, they’ll go to your dedicated retainer and project management portal and click “start” to begin a timer. They then hit “stop” when they’ve finished and the time logged is debited from your current allowance.

You can log in to the portal at any point to view detailed timesheets, logged in real time, for any tasks we’ve been working on for you. It’s 100% transparent.

The portal also allows you to see the percentage of time you have left to use, download paid invoices, or even take it a few virtual steps further - share files, start a discussion on projects, request assistance, and much more.
