How do I pay and what payment methods do you accept?

Retainer deposits are required in advance of services rendered; before your Team Member may begin communicating with you and begin any task or projects for you. After you have signed your contract, you will be taken to our web portal to allow you to process payment. All major cards, ACH, and PayPal are accepted. All payments are secured by PCI standards (SAQ-A). Payment method data never passes through or gets stored in our servers.

For hours used in excess of your chosen plan, Lawfecta will debit, without notice, the credit card on file of any Credit Card Authorization executed or an invoice will be sent to you for immediate payment.

Requests for additional retainer deposits can be made to our billing department at Billing@Lawfecta.com or you can replenish via your Client Portal in our client billing platform at any time.
