At any given time, our Team Members may be supporting multiple clients. When a task is assigned or work is to be performed, the timer begins and the Team Member uses their professional judgment to prioritize their workload and determine the order of which client, project, and task will be performed based on the scope of the assignment.
We track our time with an online stopwatch software to ensure accurate, up to the minute time tracking. We track our hours in ‘real time.’ This means that as tasks are being completed, the timer is running, and when the task is finished, the time is logged onto the retainer account, and the Team Member will track any cases/client files they bill and work on so you can easily bill your client for any services.
