Flex Retainer: As indicated in the Retainer Agreement, unused retainer hours are rolled over for up to sixty (60) days from the date of deposit. Credit is not rolled over month to month indefinitely unless specifically authorized in writing via our management.

Subscription Retainer: As indicated in the Retainer Agreement, all unused deposits and credits will expire seven (7) days from the date of deposit. Credit is not rolled over unless specifically authorized in writing via our management.
