While our Team Members strive to offer prompt and reliable services, it's important to understand that they are not classified as "on-call" employees. Lawfecta Team Members generally work within the standard business hours from Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, aligned with their respective time zones, and excluding national holidays. Given the fact that they support multiple clients, they structure their time carefully to cater to all their commitments.
Keeping in mind the diverse needs of our clients, our Team Members may require up to 48 hours to effectively prioritize their workloads and respond to communications received. We ensure transparency in this process and any deviations from the typical schedule are communicated to clients.
There may be situations that require urgent tasks or 'emergency services' to be carried out within a 24-48 hour window or during weekends. In these scenarios, an additional fee may be incurred. Such potential adjustments are always thoroughly discussed, agreed upon in writing, and approved by the client before any charges are applied.
