Total customers from whom you can upload into your account and request automated testimonials/reviews. The amount of contacts does not renew each month.

Example: 

• A Client, John Doe, signs up for the starter plan which allows 100 contacts.
• John Doe uploads 75 contacts into his account.
• Now via AutoRequests, the 75 contacts uploaded will be sent via email or sms (depending on how it is set up) requests to upload a review.
• John Doe now has 25 contacts remaining he can upload into the system.
• John can still send forms and links to clients to submit a review even if he has maxed out his contacts.
