Lawfecta’s role in managing relationships with third-party agencies primarily involves listing these agencies in the Lawfecta+ directory. We do not intervene in or directly manage the ongoing relationship between your firm and the third-party agency. Our platform is designed to enable attorneys to explore and connect with a diverse array of legal support options, enhancing their ability to find the right fit for their specific needs.

However, should your firm require additional support in managing these external relationships, we offer the option to hire a Lawfecta team member as a team manager. This service allows for more structured coordination and oversight of your engagements with third-party agencies, helping to streamline communication and project management.

It's important to note that outside of this specific service, Lawfecta has no obligation to oversee or resolve issues in the relationships between your firm and third-party agencies. The management and quality assurance of these external engagements remain the responsibility of the individual firms and agencies. We encourage all parties to establish clear communication channels and agreement terms from the outset to ensure a smooth and effective working relationship.
