Our fixed fee structure is designed to provide clarity and predictability in your billing for estate planning services. This fee comprehensively covers the drafting of your estate planning documents as well as standard revisions to ensure they meet your specific needs.

However, we also understand that legal work can sometimes require additional services that go beyond the initial scope of the agreement. Should you require services outside the predetermined parameters of your selected package, such as extensive legal research, complex customization of documents, or additional revisions beyond the standard number included, these will be billed at our standard Flex services rate.

Understanding the Standard Flex Services Rate:

  • Transparent Communication: Before any additional work is undertaken, we will provide a clear outline of the extra services needed and the associated costs. This ensures you have all the necessary information to make an informed decision.

  • Competitive Pricing: Our standard Flex services rate is competitively priced to ensure you receive value while accessing a wider range of services. The rate is determined based on the complexity and urgency of the additional services required.

  • Flexibility for Unforeseen Needs: This rate allows for the flexibility to adapt to any unforeseen legal requirements that may arise in the course of drafting your estate planning documents, ensuring that your and your clients' needs are thoroughly and professionally met.

  • Billing Clarity: Any charges incurred at the Flex services rate will be itemized separately in your billing statement for transparency and ease of understanding.

We at Lawfecta are committed to providing you with high-quality legal support services that are both flexible and transparent in pricing, ensuring that you can cater to your client's needs effectively and efficiently.
